I work with creative men and women who are ready to surrender their addiction to suffering and find a new way to live.

I don’t pump people up to meet goals– I help folks question and dissolve the fearful stories and patterns that generate their stress and pain and keep them from living in joy.

How it works:

• Sessions happen via phone, which means I can work with you, no matter where you are in the world.
• If you’re in Pittsburgh, PA and you’d like to meet up with me in the East End rather than doing a phone session, we can work that out.
• Each session costs $60.  You can schedule as many or as few sessions as you like.
